This is a plan to get you started and motivated. Additional to the initial consultation & expert personalised nutrition recommendations to suit your goals, you get follow-up consultations; 1 x 30 minute follow-up and 1 x 60 minute, to gee you along, support behaviour change and offer practical support to get you started.
