6 week Personalised Success Plan

Service Description

This is a plan to get you started and motivated. Additional to the initial consultation, you get a week by week half an hour telephone consultation (weeks 2, 3 & 4) to gee you along and make any amends and recommendations, with a face-to-face meeting on week 6. I can hold your hand through the first weeks to help you implement the changes and create habits for the future resulting in faster and longer lasting results to your health outcome.
